Eat as you sow

Manger comme on sème, le festival des 4 saisons, du 20 novembre au 6 décembre 2026. Près de 90 événements sur votre territoire.
Temps de lecture : 3 minutes

Spring-summer edition from May 24 to June 8, 2025

Building on its success, the "4 Seasons of Agroecology and Sustainable Food" event became "Manger comme on sème, le Festival des 4 Saisons" in 2024.

Organized by Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole with Pays Cœur d'Hérault, Pays de l'Or and Grand Pic Saint-Loup, this event continues to offer a particularly rich program: farm visits, walks, workshops, markets, tastings, festivities....

2 editions take place each year, in spring and autumn, over a 2-week period, and offer nearly a hundred events, close to home, focusing on local agriculture and quality food.

Objective: to promote peasant agroecology and short circuits, raise awareness of the challenges of agricultural resilience and food security, and showcase our region's farmers as well as all the players committed to sustainable food.

Radio Conference on Territorial Resilience

La Graine invites you to come together to build the cooperations of tomorrow for the territory. The question at hand? After this summer and before the next climate episodes, what ecological, energy, food, and economic resilience can be imagined for the territory? Together, participants will discover existing or upcoming projects and envision future cooperations to build tomorrow's resilience for the territory. 1st part: a little icebreaker to get to know each other. 2nd part: in the form of a radio show recording, you will meet speakers from the territory and learn about their projects. 3rd part: listeners from the second part will have the chance to step behind the microphones to present their projects, ideas, and proposals. 4th part: a friendly moment before we part ways. As a bonus, the recorded conference will become a podcast to listen to and share! Whether you are elected officials, local government agents, ecological transition actors, associations and citizen movements, researchers, collaborative project leaders, urban planning, environmental, political science students, or simply someone interested in cooperation and territorial resilience, you are welcome!
