In order to ensure fair competition and offer equal opportunities to all candidates, these public procurement contracts comply with precise rules set out in the Code de la commande publique.

These purchases are an opportunity for Montpellier to make an active commitment to the climate and energy transition. The Metropole and the City are thus setting clear objectives in their roadmap (the Schéma de Promotion des Achats Publics Socialement et Économiquement Responsable (SPASER)), for socially and economically responsible purchasing.
