Book trees

In order to encourage and promote access to reading for as many people as possible, the City of Montpellier, in partnership with neighborhood associations, wanted to deploy book trees throughout the communal territory.

Based on the principle of exchange, common good and self-management, a book tree constitutes a small library where anyone can drop off and borrow books free of charge.
