What is the adopt-a-voucher scheme?

Greening vouchers for microflowering that are no longer maintained by their owners following a move or similar are left empty. To remedy this, the city is proposing to adopt these microflowers: it's the adopt-a-good scheme.

The conditions for applying for a plant are identical to those for microflowering.
