Parc du Mas Nouguier

Temps de lecture : 1 minute

This agriprac, a former 21-hectare winegrowing estate, is now integrated into the new Les Grisettes district. Combining agriculture and public access, it offers a mosaic of spaces. A remarkable alignment of umbrella pines, adjoining a Montpellier "folie" (pleasure house built under the Ancien Régime) marks the landscape.

The organically-managed vineyard features several Mediterranean grape varieties: syrah, grenache, mourvèdre... Woodlands and hedges have been preserved and planted to provide shelter for wildlife (squirrels, hedgehogs, birds...). More recently, allotment and shared gardens have been created.
