Metropolitan taxation

The Metropole's local direct tax rates are currently:

• Cotisation Foncière des Entreprises: 36.58%
• Taxe sur le Foncier Bâti: 5.80%
• Taxe sur Foncier Non Bâti: 5.69%
• Taxe d'Enlèvement Ordures Ménagères : 14.62%

Our local authority has a number of responsibilities, some of which are transferred from the communes of the Métropole and the Département de l'Hérault. It is therefore important to maintain a capacity for investment in line with the challenges facing our territory in terms of ecological transition and economic and social recovery.
