A charity race open to all

La Montpellier Reine is a 4.8 km charity race open to all in downtown Montpellier organized on Sunday, May 31, Mother's Day. The event will celebrate its 17th anniversary in 2026.

Created in 2009, this race is above all a festive and committed event, raising funds for breast cancer prevention, screening and research.

Rates

  • 20€ - Adult rate
  • 15€ - Students and -18 years old

Start

  • Pick-up of bibs and t-shirts: Saturday, May 30 from 12pm to 6pm and Sunday, May 31 from 8am to 11am
  • Race start: Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11am, Jardin du Peyrou

Impact on traffic and parking

Parking Arc de Triomphe

  • The rue Foch will be closed to traffic on Sunday 31/05/2026 from 9:30am to 1pm.
  • Exits will be possible via Bd Henri IV and rue du Carré du Roi.

Parking Préfecture

  • The rue Foch will be closed to traffic on Sunday 31/05/2026 from 9:30am to 1pm.
  • Exits will be possible via rue Cambacérès and rue de l'Université.

Parking Pitot

  • La rue Pitot will be closed to traffic on Sunday 31/05/2026 from 9:30 am to 1 pm.
  • Entrances to the parking lot will be via rue du Fbg St Jaumes and rue du Carré du Roi.
  • Exits will be via rue du Carré du Roi and rue Richer de Belleval.

Parking Comédie gratuit au N-1. Entrée par le boulevard Sarrail réservée aux vélos et deux-roues motorisés. Le parking dispose de :

  • 80 places vélos dans les véloparcs (gratuit pour les détenteurs du Pass Gratuité)
  • 15 places pour les vélos cargos
  • 1 atelier de maintenance à disposition
  • 55 places pour les deux-roues motorisés
