Promote equal access to recreational activities
As part of its new term, the City of Montpellier reaffirms its commitment to equal access to recreational activities by making vacations and leisure time a right for all young people in Montpellier.
To continue expanding its youth programs and diversify activities for teenagers, the local government is expanding access to “Teen Days,” organized at the Poséidon recreation center in La Grande Motte, in collaboration with the 3MTKD association. Launched in the summer of 2025, this program—available at the subsidized rate of €5 per day—is now open to all young people aged 12 to 17 residing in Montpellier.
