Spring-summer edition from May 24 to June 8, 2025

Building on its success, the "4 Seasons of Agroecology and Sustainable Food" event became "Manger comme on sème, le Festival des 4 Saisons" in 2024.

Organized by Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole with Pays Cœur d'Hérault, Pays de l'Or and Grand Pic Saint-Loup, this event continues to offer a particularly rich program: farm visits, walks, workshops, markets, tastings, festivities....

2 editions take place each year, in spring and autumn, over a 2-week period, and offer nearly a hundred events, close to home, focusing on local agriculture and quality food.

Objective: to promote peasant agroecology and short circuits, raise awareness of the challenges of agricultural resilience and food security, and showcase our region's farmers as well as all the players committed to sustainable food.
