An inconvenience in your street or neighborhood?

A free service available 24/7, Montpellier au Quotidien collects requests, reports and suggestions from Montpellier residents, users passing through Montpellier, neighborhood committees and associations.

Whether it's to:

  • Enforce street cleaning, repair a water leak,
  • Prioritize your request for the installation of a bench, a barrier along a sidewalk, the installation of additional lighting,
  • Study your request for the repair of the sidewalk of an entire street, a pavement, the installation of a traffic-light junction......

A commission meets to examine all requests from Montpellier residents concerning everyday inconveniences: fencing a play area, lighting or cleaning a street, road markings, making a dangerous road safer...

The strength of the scheme: Montpellier au Quotidien has a dedicated budget (1.3 M€) to implement larger public facilities projects. So, for example, a €75,000 project to improve safety at a crossroads can be quickly taken on board.

A way of speeding up the consideration of requests for improvements, and making up for projects not initially scheduled in the city's repair program.

Montpellier au Quotidien registers over 20,000 reports a year on its platform.

  • on the platform
  • by phone: 0 800 340 707
  • via the mobile app (available on Apple Store and Android). It will be forwarded directly to the relevant departments, to provide you with a response as quickly as possible.

You will be notified by email, telephone or directly in your space created on the Montpellier au Quotidien platform.
