Access to administrative documents is governed by the laws of July 17, 1978 and April 12, 2000.
The law has provided for the possibility of charging the requester for the reproduction of administrative documents. Communication can be made by e-mail and free of charge when the document is available in electronic form.

Communication of administrative documents
The information and supporting documents collected are processed for the purpose of providing the services requested. They are protected and will be kept for the legal duration and that of their usefulness. The recipients are the City departments delivering these services.
In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) and the amended "Informatique et libertés" law of January 6, 1978, you have, under certain conditions and with certain exceptions, a right of access, rectification, deletion, portability, opposition, limitation of processing, withdrawal of your consent at any time, and complaint to the CNIL.
