Objectives of the Local Health Contract (CLS)
The Local Health Contract (CLS) is designed to be a genuine health project, built with all players in the health, social and medico-social sectors. It adapts to the territory's specific characteristics to meet the needs of its inhabitants as closely as possible.
From prevention to rehabilitation assistance, via the healthcare offer, medico-social support and health watch: the CLS concerns all health.
The 5 priorities of the CLS
Primary care
The CLS actions:
- Supporting the creation of local health centers and coordinated practice structures
- Accompanying the development of unscheduled care in conjunction with the implementation of the Service d'Accès aux Soins (SAS)
- Accompanying the deployment of tools for identifying, information and referral to primary care
Mental health
The CLS actions:
- Local Mental Health Council (CLSM)
- Promote Mental Health Information Weeks (SISM)
- Promote early detection systems for childhood disorders and develop links with local players
Environmental health
The CLS actions:
- Develop a program of actions to combat endocrine disruptors (EDs)
- Identify and promote Health Impact Assessment (HIA) tools
- Implement a sentinel pollinarium
Promote health and preventive approaches
The CLS actions:
- Strengthen cancer prevention and access to organized cancer screening
- Contribute to the organization of harm and risk reduction actions for drug users
- Develop, coordinate and strengthen actions to promote and prevent sexual health
- Facilitate and support people's access to sports and physical activity - Sport Santé
Strengthen health outreach initiatives for vulnerable populations
The CLS actions:
- Strengthen social mediation and health mediation for people in precarious situations
- Strengthen prevention and therapeutic care initiatives for people in precarious situations
- Support the establishment of local health coordination for young people (aged 16 - 25)
CLS health meetings
Health meetings are organized as part of the CLS.
Objectives: highlight the area's resource facilities and develop collaboration between city and hospital practitioners.
